Bloglines does a really good job of collecting feeds from many different websites. You can customize your feeds however you want. All of the different websites that you visit are accumulated in a simple easy to read format. Now you don't have to click on all different websites to see if there are any updates. If there are new posts, the posts will show up on your custom page and it will indicate that there are new posts.
I've been using Bloglines for some time and have been quite pleased. You can find my site listed under Bloglines too. Just search for the feed and you can have my site and others at your fingertips. As I don't post that often, you will immediately see when I have posted a new update without having to come to my site all the time to see if there are any updates.
